We will explore outdoor sports and fun activities in parks and on beaches. Children will be encouraged to try beach yoga with some fun water activities, and we will play soccer, handball and other games in the park. In addition, participating children will try different workouts and circuit training throughout the week. Activities will be planned as a group to encourage collaboration and strong sportsmanship.
