General
CopenCamp summer CAMP for 2026 spans a six-week period. Camps are designed to be independent from each other, allowing participants to enrol for the first week, the last week, or any weeks in between.
Week 27: 29th June 2026 to 3rd July 2026
Week 28: 6th July 2026 to 10th July 2026
Week 29: 13th July 2026 to 17th July 2026
Week 30: 20st July 2026 to 24th July 2026
Week 31: 27th July 2026 to 31st July 2026
Week 32: 3rd August 2026 to 7th August 2026
Picking up your child
You should arrange for your child to be picked up from the school at 16:00 and children in care no later than 16:30
Only children with a recorded parent permission will be allowed to leave by themselves when classes are dismissed. Please inform at CopenCamp@gmail.como(mailto:CopenCamp@gmail.com)nce your child is enrolled.
Leaving school premises
No one will be allowed to leave CopenCamp during the normal operation of the day. If a student needs to leave early during the classes, the parent shall inform at CopenCamp@gmail.com(mailto:CopenCamp@gmail.com)
Parents/Guardians will receive an e-mail containing account details after registration.
Please double check that the e-mail address you provide during registration is correct.

A student is not registered for the Summer Program until the payment has reached “Learning Centre” Bank Account.
Food
Children must bring 2 snacks (for morning and afternoon) and a nutritious packed lunch along with a water bottle.
Clothing
Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions, and bear in mind that there are some painting and outdoor activities. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
Other Equipment
Unless required by the CopenCamp facilitators, no electronic equipment, including but not limited to mobile phones, computers, TVs, and video games are allowed at school.
Expensive and treasured items such as jewellery, designer clothes or shoes, trainers, etc., should not be brought to the camp. All your child’s personal belongings are their own responsibility.
Children maintaining the highest standard of conduct is always required. Using profanity, disparaging dialogues, physical violence, or threats during participation in the CopenCamp Summer Programme is strictly prohibited. The programme rules and instructions from staff must be always followed.
CopenCamp reserves the right, at their discretion, to withdraw any student whose influence or actions are deemed unsatisfactory, dangerous, or incompatible to the CopenCamp Summer Programme community or who will not live within the rules and policies of CopenCamp Summer CARE/CAMPS programme. If this occurs, no reduction or return of the CopenCamp Summer Programme fees will be made.
Parents/Guardians agree to support CopenCamp Summer Programme by encouraging children to abide by the highest standards of positive conduct. They will discuss constructive concerns, if any, with the CopenCamp Summer Programme Leader.
Parents agree to pay for property damage caused directly, or indirectly, because of negligent action of their child.
