Join us for the CopenCamp Summer Programs!!!

​

CopenCamp Summer CARE for children aged 4 to 6 years, featuring daily activities, crafts, and educational games that are tailored to students' interests. Available from 1st July 2024 to 2nd August 2024 on weekdays.

​

CopenCamp Summer CAMPS for children aged 7 years and above, consisting of week-long, thematic workshops led by qualified teachers or coaches. Available from 1st July 2024 to 9th August 2024 on weekdays.

​

You can sign up your child for the weeks that suit your family's schedule, and even mix and match CARE and CAMP weeks based on your child's interests and needs. Early registration is encouraged, as some of our summer camps have limited spots available and you also get early bird price.​

What are the dates?

CopenCamp summer CAMP for 2024 spans a six-week period. Camps are designed to be independent from each other, allowing participants to enrol for the first week, the last week, or any weeks in between.
 

Week 27: 1st July 2024 to 5th July 2024

Week 28: 8th July 2024 to 12th July 2024

Week 29: 15th July 2024 to 19th July 2024

Week 30: 22nd July 2024 to 26th July 2024

Week 31: 29th July 2024 to 2nd August 2024

Week 32: 5th August to 9th August 2024

What is the age group suitability?

CopenCamp Summer CAMP for children 7 years and above

CopenCamp Summer CARE for children between 4 and 6 years

What is the mode of communication?

The language spoken at CopenCamp is English, so a basic knowledge is a prerequisite

What is the Standard of Conduct?

Children maintaining the highest standard of conduct is always required. Using profanity, disparaging dialogues, physical violence, or threats during participation in the CopenCamp Summer Programme is strictly prohibited. The programme rules and instructions from staff must be always followed.

CopenCamp reserves the right, at their discretion, to withdraw any student whose influence or actions are deemed unsatisfactory, dangerous, or incompatible to the CopenCamp Summer Programme community or who will not live within the rules and policies of CopenCamp Summer CARE/CAMPS programme. If this occurs, no reduction or return of the CopenCamp Summer Programme fees will be made.

​

Parents/Guardians agree to support CopenCamp Summer Programme by encouraging children to abide by the highest standards of positive conduct. They will discuss constructive concerns, if any, with the CopenCamp Summer Programme Leader.

​

Parents agree to pay for property damage caused directly, or indirectly, because of negligent action of their child.

Week 29: Art meets Technology, Copenhagen Explorers

Week 30: Art and History, STEAM, Nature Explorer

Week 31: Space, Digital Film Making and Drama

Week 32: Copenhagen Explorers

How is payment handled?

Parents/Guardians will receive an e-mail containing account details after registration.

​

Please double check that the e-mail address you provide during registration is correct.

A student is not registered for the Summer Program until the payment has reached “Learning Centre” Bank Account.

What about food, clothing, and other equipment?

Food

Children must bring 2 snacks (for morning and afternoon) and a nutritious packed lunch along with a water bottle.

Clothing

Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions, and bear in mind that there are some painting and outdoor activities. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

 

Other Equipment

Unless required by the CopenCamp facilitators, no electronic equipment, including but not limited to mobile phones, computers, TVs, and video games are allowed at school.

 

Expensive and treasured items such as jewellery, designer clothes or shoes, trainers, etc., should not be brought to the camp. All your child’s personal belongings are their own responsibility.

What is the Fee?

CopenCamp Summer CAMP

Early Bird (until 17th May 2024) costs 1900 DKK for one week (Offer Expired)

Regular Fee: 2000 DKK for one week

​

The last day for enrolment is June 14th, 2024. Registrations after this date will incur an administration fee of 300 DKK.

 

CopenCamp Summer CARE

When are the start and end timings in a day?

CopenCamp Summer CAMP will run from 09:00 – 16:00 from Monday to Friday

​

CopenCamp Summer CARE will run from 08:30 – 16:30 from Monday to Friday

What is the pickup time?

Picking up your child

You should arrange for your child to be picked up from the school at 16:00 and children in care no later than 16:30

​

Only children with a recorded parent permission will be allowed to leave by themselves when classes are dismissed. Please inform at CopenCamp@gmail.com once your child is enrolled.

​

Leaving school premises

No one will be allowed to leave CopenCamp during the normal operation of the day. If a student needs to leave early during the classes, the parent shall inform at CopenCamp@gmail.com

What are Refund rules?

If you cancel after having paid, you will not receive a refund.

If classes are undersubscribed and we must cancel, we will give you a full refund.
